Your new role Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary, Office Manager or Team Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director and legal team. You'll play a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly, with responsibilities including: Managing calls, emails, appointments, and meetings Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Assisting with legal research and preparing correspondence Typing dictations and processing documentation Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Providing proactive secretarial support to lawyers Assisting with invoicing and general office administration About you You are an experienced EA/PA/ Legal Secretary/ Property or Conveyancing Administrator/ Office Manager with a background in providing seamless administrative support within a conveyancing, legal or professional services environment, with strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. You're comfortable working independently, have excellent attention to detail, prior experience and working knowledge of XERO, PEXA and MSOffice. Formal qualifications in legal services or secretarial studies will be well regarded but are not essential.
